I immediately reached out to the customer to find out how I could help. She explained that she was expecting to receive a physical printed palette, even though the listing specifies in multiple places that her purchase was for a digital file. I offered my apologies and a refund but got no response.

Custom and personalized orders
As a rule, I do not offer personalized or custom orders outside of the existing custom options in my shop. Feel free to reach out to me with your request, but do know that I may kindly decline to fulfill your request.
The intent of my Etsy business is to provide affordable, straightforward design that is beautiful but no-fuss, so that you can get back to running your business. I have found that for me, custom requests often require me to charge more than what my Etsy customers’ budgets allow for, and also negate the ease of use that was initially intended. I do take custom orders on a case-by-case basis, and I accommodate freelance work via my website: kristygood.com.
